Who are your cleaners?
Independent local professionals. Every one is interviewed in person by the owner and has their references checked before their first job, and they bring their own professional supplies.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a door code or a lockbox. Your cleaner texts when they arrive and when they're done.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back within 48 to fix it, free. If it can't be fixed, we refund it.
How do I pay?
Card on file. We place a hold the morning of your clean and charge after it's finished. Tips go 100% to your cleaner.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free with 24 hours notice. Inside 24 hours it's $50; if we can't get in, $75.
Is there a contract?
No. Recurring plans can be paused or cancelled anytime from your portal.
