What Wren Cleaning Co. collects, and why.

Information you give us

Name, address, phone, email, home details (bedrooms, bathrooms, access instructions, pets), payment card (stored by our payment processor, never on our servers), and anything you tell us in notes or messages.

How we use it

To price, schedule, and perform your cleaning; to send appointment texts and emails; to charge your card after service; to respond to you; and to improve the service. We share your address and access notes only with the cleaner assigned to your job.

Marketing

We may email or text you about offers and reminders. Every message includes a way to opt out. Replying STOP ends marketing texts.

Text messages

When you give us your mobile number and book or request a quote, you agree to receive texts from Wren Cleaning Co. about your appointments (confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, receipts and follow-ups). Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Website analytics and advertising

We use analytics and advertising pixels (such as Google Analytics and Meta) to understand how people find and use the site. These set cookies; you can block them in your browser.

Service providers

Booking and scheduling software, payment processing, text and email delivery, and background-check providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
